But aware enough to not hold attachment

When in a state of unconsciousness
We express different emotions

Hey Everyone! I'm Callm Earth, a poet, visual artist, sound healer and genuinely someone who loves to create and connect. I want this bio to feel a bit personal so here we go! The words from my poems stem from a deep introspective, confusion, doubtful, you know all the human emotions, perspective. I grew up writing poetry and found this was a healthy release for me to express the in depth emotions I've always carried. Growing up and being told "I'm too emotional" steered me to this beautiful form of expression we know to be poetry. The visuals I attach to each poem is to intensify the connection. I found my love for sound healing while diving into my own journey of healing. The vibrations from sound bowls have truly helped me CALLM ;) my nervous system, help me relax into my body, and drift me into a peaceful state.
